Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide you with an Australia Post return label. Simply take the packaged item to any Post Office, where they will scan the barcode and process the return. There is no cost to you for this service, we cover the return shipping fee.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account once confirmed by a member of the Uncut team. Please note that processing times are determined by your bank and card provider and are outside of our control.
Once your refund has been issued, you are welcome to proceed with a new purchase, and we will ensure your new item is sent out promptly.
